Approximately one in four people in the UK will experience a mental health problem's each year. Mental Health Awareness Week aims to start the conversation about mental health and reduce the stigma that can stop people from asking for help. Spending time in nature is proven to help with mental health problems including anxiety and depression, which is why this year's theme for Mental Health Awareness Week is Nature.

In light of this, SecureCloud+ arranged a Nature themed scavenger hunt to encourage people to go outside and enjoy the benefits on your mental health. Employees had a week to get outside and picture themselves with as many of the nature-related checklist as possible, including animals, plants and all the wonders of the natural world. Each target represented a number of points, with the winners receiving one of our amazing prizes. The winners were Joss Fitch, who received an evening river cruise in London, Kate McGreevy, who received a picnic basket with extra champagne and Dee Nasser, who received a Go Ape Treetop adventure experience.

SecureCloud+ are pleased to announce that we have raised £660 for Mind, a prominent mental health charity.  Mind is a mental health charity in England and Wales. Founded in 1946 as the National Association for Mental Health, they provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem and campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding.
