Chief Operating Officer
Charli Martin is the Chief Operating Officer at SecureCloud+. Having joined the business in September 2024, Charli brings over 15 years of armed forces experience. Formerly working in several roles within the Royal Navy, she held positions such as Capability and Plans Operational Requirements Manager, Military Intelligence Officer and Weapons Engineer Officer, among others.
As Chief Operating Officer, Charli aids in maximising the delivery and efficiency of SecureCloud+’s operations throughout the business’s offerings to its partner and customer communities.
With a passion for encouraging women from all areas of life to enter STEM and Defence, Charli is deeply committed to improving inclusivity throughout the business. Residing with a keen focus on the rollout of Jupiter, she routinely looks at SecureCloud+’s five-year plan, ensuring projects are all progressing as planned.
